How exactly does this Effect thing work?

When we launched The 206 Effect series back in March, we were inundated with questions around the ‘how’. Questions we missed, questions we never thought to ask. We loved it (and we thank you!)

 

This made us think, reshape, and recommunicate. It also inspired us to work out a little Q&A of our own too, for our curious clients out there.


Here’s everything you need to know…

 

Q: Can you give me the quick-fire version of The 206 Effect?

 ASure. 7 X team-based workshops designed to bolster communication strategies, interpersonal relationships and self-morale.     

  

Q: Do we need to be a professional writer to benefit from these workshops?

 A: Not at all. These writing and communication workshops are for everyone. The techniques we teach are simple, accessible and impactful.

 

 Q: Why are there 7 different kinds of workshops? 

 A: Each workshop is theme-specific and covers an area of performance and human behaviour in the workplace - and in our personal lives. We work with each of them systematically, and deeply, based on various writing techniques that improve our relationship with ourselves, and each other. 

 

 Q: Are these workshops date specific?

 A: No. That’s the beauty of it. Each booking is privately curated for you and your team. You pick the date and time, subject to our availability. 

  

Q: So, we don’t join another group of people for these sessions?

 A: No. The 206 Effect is not a public forum; each session is developed for your team only and is hosted privately by our Founder-Writer and Communication Specialist Natasha Fracchiolla. 

 

 Q: Do we have to book all 7 workshops?

 A: No- but to benefit from our special offer, we recommend it as a budget-friendly option. We have package options available, or solo prices. You have the choice to pick one, two, three or all of our workshops here throughout your calendar year. Please note: to secure your spots, bookings need to be placed in advance.

 

Q: What is the minimum amount of people required per workshop?

 A: 5-10 people minimum and up to 50 ppl maximum per session. Smaller groups available on request at alternate rates.

 

Q: What if some of my team works remotely and others are in the office?

 A: That’s the point! Our workshops are built to be hybrid, or in-person (or fully remote!) The desired ‘Effect’ will be achieved either way. We promise.  

 

Q: Okay I’m ready. I’d like to book a workshop for my team – now what?
