We gather with big stories, small stories, our stories. We come to write and connect. We learn writing techniques to open us up; we find ways to the answers - on the page and in the world. Sometimes, we howl at the moon.

She Wolf is designed to help women everywhere heal, create and empower one another through the influence of conscious connected writing. We come together each month, in-person and online, to explore our strength and our surrender through creative writing retreats that require you to journey inside.
Our Retreats and divided into two categories: Stay Retreats and Go Retreats. Our Stay Retreats happen online where we come together in community for story writing and soul exploration. Our Go Retreats happen somewhere special in the wilderness of the world. Go retreats allow for a deeper, more immersive creative and community experience away from home. Our Go retreats run from a few hours to full days and sometimes weekends.
No matter your choice of writing retreat, the outcome for each promises to deliver the hug and hold you are after – with some magic in between.

SheWolf is more than a workshop for writing - it is a powerful space for creativity, feminine connection and deep self-reflection. The Story of She Wolf and Our Creative Writing Retreats
She Wolf was born in Barcelona, Catalonia in 2024. A writing community founded by Natasha Fracchiolla of Room 206 (est 2012). Natasha’s love for writing spans over 20 years, turning writing into a tool for change, and a sanctuary for healing.
Arriving as an expat in Barcelona, ready to set up her new Room 206 office, Natasha recognised the yearning for expat women in Barcelona to belong to something bigger than themselves – which soon translated to local women too - and in no time at all - the desire to be seen, heard and untethered sounded in all women, everywhere in the world.
Through smart and simple writing techniques, Natasha unravels the intrinsic and extrinsic stuck-points we oftentimes struggle with as women. She helps women connect with their story; to get out of their heads and into their soulscape - and also, into the marrow of ‘’the human magic’’ that waits in the wings.
Through creative writing retreats, She Wolves now learn to transform their inner ecosystem into a wilderness of actualisation, self-awareness and love.
Natasha believes that life is far too short for unfinished sentences, that She Wolves howl only when they’re healed, and that everyone (everyone) has a story to share.
